The North American esports league ELEAGUE has revealed the invited teams for its upcoming tournament CSGO Premier 2017. Among the participants, we see top tier teams such as Astralis, SK, Ninjas in Pyjamas and more.

ELEAGUE’s third event

ELEAGUE has previously hosted a CSGO major where Danish Astralis and polish Virtus.pro battled it out in the final. After losing the first map, Astralis managed to turn the match around and come out on top. A couple of months later, a $250,000 rematch between the two finalists was set up by ELEAGUE. And Astralis was once again too good for TaZ and co. in Virtus.pro. The Danish squad has so far brought home a total of $750,000 in winnings in ELEAGUE events and are looking to bring home a third title at CSGO Premier 2017.

CSGO Premier 2017 starts in September and 16 teams divided into 4 groups will participate. 12 out of the 16 teams received an invitation to the tournament, while the rest has to qualify. The open qualifiers will be held in the regions Americas and Europe/CIS.

Group A (September 8-9)
Natus Vincere, FaZe, G2, Qualifying team

G FUEL ELEAGUE Arena in Atlanta is the venue where the matches will be played, all to be broadcast on Youtube and Twitch, tv network TBS will air the Friday’s matches.
