The North-American teams Cloud9 and Team Liquid are the latest addition to IEM Oakland, ESL has announced. They will be joining Astralis, G2, FaZe and SK. All of which we recently saw competing in ECS season 3 finals where SK and FaZe battled it out in the grand finals. Cloud9 finished 3-4 place.

IEM Oakland starts November 18th and will be held in London’s Oracle Arena. The event looks promising even though the list of participants isn’t completed yet. Two more teams will be invited, and four spots are left for qualifiers. Which means there will be a total of 12 teams competing for the $300,000 prize pool.

List of participants looks as following:

Astralis, FaZe, SK, G2, Cloud9, Team Liquid, invite, invite, qualifier, qualifier, qualifier, qualifier.
