FaZe vs Mouz

[ft_boxes box_style=’info’ ]Match: FaZe vs. Mousesports (Mouz) (StarLadder Berlin Major 2019 Legends Stage) | Format: Best of 1 | Prediction: Complexity -2.5 (round handicap) | Odds: 1.71 | Bookmaker: GG.Bet | Match start: 2019-08-28 17:15 BST[/ft_boxes]

FaZe vs. Mousesports (Mouz) should be an excellent game of CS for all fans of the game. We have a returning Legends team against a team that have battled through Minors and Challengers Stage to earn a spot here.

It’s fair to say the dynasty FaZe once had has come to an end. When the organisation first stepped into CS they found themselves consistently on top. However, times have since changed and the question is being asked if they’ll even make it out of Legends Stage.

In the past, FaZe would be expected to reach the Champions Stage and later stages of tournaments. A big increase on inconsistency and roster problems have led to this powerhouse having glimpses of hopes and success to then falling into disarray.

The improvements this team have made in the past few months have been amazing. They’ve gone from being a team that is lucky to qualify through the minors, to consistently leaving a mark on events they attend.

After their performance through Challengers stage, their odds and value at this event have gone up greatly. They were one of the two teams that made it through with a 3-0 record and put in some stellar performances.

They started round 1 comfortably against Forze with a 16-5 win. Mouz then showed great composure against Avangar with their 19-17 win to put them into the advancement match against G2. After starting slowly against G2 on Train (16-5 loss), they bounced back with 16-13 and 16-7 wins to pull off the reverse sweep.

I think Mouz are going to come out on top without a doubt in this match-up. However, they had some close matchups and series so far in Berlin and I expect this to remain the same. You can get 1.71 odds on a Mouz -2.5 round handicap. Meaning if Mouz wins 16-13 or better, the bet comes through.
