Mousesports vs MiBR ESL Pro League Season 9 Finals 2019

[ft_boxes box_style=’info’ ]Match: Mousesports vs MiBR (ESL Pro League Season 9 Finals) | Format: Best of 1 | Prediction: Mousesports to win | Odds: 1.80| Bookmaker: Betway | Match start: 2019-06-18 14:20 BST[/ft_boxes]

This is probably going to be one of the most exciting opening rounds matches at the finals this week. It could also have a huge difference in how the later rounds in the event play out. Both teams have seen high levels of success in the past, however, it’s fair to say they have both struggled in recent times.

This is a team that had to go through a massive overhaul period. In the past couple of months, they have brought on three new players; Karrigan, Woxic and Frozen. They have also acquired a new coach.

Throughout the 2017 and 2018 season, Mouz saw numerous different levels of success. They brought home a couple of major champions, but consistency always seemed to be an issue. The team hasn’t been to an event with a real test yet this year. The biggest event they have attended was the ECS Season 7 Finals where they came 9th.

Despite a lack of participation at the highest of levels so far this year, they are still a threat. They have put in impressive showings in qualifiers and minors. It’s now just a matter of transitioning this success over.

The full Brazilian squad that caught the hearts of many fans a couple of years ago are still struggling to find their way back to the top again. After Felps returned to the roster in January, it has been a series of ups and downs.

Their best achievements so far this year are 3rd-4th place finishes at IEM Katowice and IEM Sydney. Other than that, it’s been a lacklustre year that they are desperate to turn around. ECS Season 7 Finals took place two weeks ago and MiBR had gone into that event as one of the favourites.

Things quickly took a negative turn when they lost 25-23 to North and found themselves in the elimination round. They then lost 2-1 to Complexity, a team no one expected to do well. Following this performance, it’s looking like they could be struggling once more at the ESL Season 9 finals.

I can see this being a close match up in the best of 1 series. With both teams hoping to find their footing again, a win here is a huge momentum swing and I favour Mousesports to come out on come. You can get 1.80 odds for them to win.
